Every dollar donated to Refill Jackson Initiative goes toward improving the lives of disconnected youth in Jackson!

The Refill Jackson Initiative is a place for young adults in Jackson to learn and practice workforce skills, gain confidence and experience in the workplace, and create their own paths to success! Our 9 week, small cohort-based program includes classroom learning, on-the-job training, and wrap around social services, with the goal of giving young people the opportunity to re-imagine their future, and make the next best steps toward a career path tailored for them. We believe in the power of young people to transform themselves and their community, and we hope you will join us in unlocking the potential of Jackson's future.
